But that’s where I come in. Here is a list of the 5 best cookware sets to use on your new electric stove. In addition to this list, I’ll go into what I like about these pans, and what I think these pans are lacking. The goal is to make a possibly confusing search much easier. The solid spoon and slotted spatula are the icing on the cake for this set.

Excellent price for a pan set.
Great for housewarming parties, a gift to a bachelor, for someone who has a newfound love for cooking, or for someone who just moved into a new place.
Non-stick pans are very easy to wash.
These are the lowest quality pans on this list, unfortunately.
No extra utensils outside of what’s advertised. Not oven safe, so it’s a no-go to finish that steak in the oven with these pans.
Lastly, not good for certain sauces and stews, such as tomato-based foods.

Are these pans dishwasher safe?
Yes! All of the pans that I’ve suggested are dishwasher safe.
What’s the difference between electric or gas?
Put it simply, and electric cooktop does not use gas or fire, so there’s no chance for leaks. However, to use an electric coil, you’ll need a pan that can utilize convective heat.
Are electric cooktops safer that gas?
Electric cooktops heat the ceramic glass that is on the cook top, so your hands won’t get burned unless your hand comes into contact with the glass. Also, no gas means no gas leaks or and less worry if you forget to turn off the stove.
Can these pans be used on any other cooktop?
Yes! The pans that I have listed can be used on a wide range of cooktops, such as induction and gas.
I have a Gas stove. Why would I want an Electric stove?
Electric cooktops offer consistent heat, evenly distributed all throughout the pot or pan, only while taking slightly longer than a gas stove to heat up. You can also turn off an electric cooktop and keep food warm. In the end, it matters more about how you like to cook.
